easyJet launch two new routes

easyJet introduces two new routes from Manchester Airport this week. The budget airline launched a daily service to Malaga yesterday (with one way fares from £29.99), and a twice weekly service to Crete (Tuesday and Friday) today (one way fares from £32.99). It expects to carry 123,000 passengers on the two new routes in the next 12 months.
David Osborne, easyJet’s UK General Manager, said: ‘We have seen a huge increase in flights to summer sun destinations this year, re-enforcing our position as the favourite airline for independent travellers, providing convenient low-cost flights from your local airport.’
