Airport closed by snow

Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds Bradford airports have suspended all flights this morning after heavy snow across large areas of the north of England. In addition Durham Tees Valley Airport was closed last night, and it is unclear whether it will open as scheduled this morning.
Manchester Airport has suspended flights at least until 12:00. There are currently no flights out of Liverpool John Lennon or Leeds Bradford. Passengers have been advised to check their flight status with the airline before setting off to the airport.
Elsewhere budget airline easyJet has cancelled a number of flights on its European network, including two between Luton Airport and Milan.
