FedEx to rent airport building

MAG Developments, the property arm of the Manchester Airports Group, has secured its fifth new tenant this year at the World Freight Terminal. FedEx Trade Networks Transport & Brokerage has agreed a 3 year lease at £10/sq ft on Building 303 - a recently refurbished unit totalling approximately 4000 sq ft.
Stephanie Mullenger, business development director at MAG Developments, said: ‘We are extremely pleased with the success of the World Freight Terminal. Despite the current economic environment, we are continuing to attract new occupiers. This is due to the unique location of the World Freight Terminal, its unrivalled amenities, the quality of accommodation and our ability to adopt a proactive approach to requests by prospective tenants.’
