Private jet travel booming

Private jet travel is booming at Manchester Airport, as executives begin take off again to do business in Europe. According to NetJets, the private jet company backed by the Berkshire Hathaway group run by American billionaire Warren Buffett, passenger numbers in January were more than double the level seen in the same month a year ago.
Manchester Airport was NetJets' busiest UK base outside London last month. The most popular destinations from Manchester were London, Nice, Rotterdam, Paris and Sion in Switzerland.
